REGISTRATION:
Teams Pre-Registration : 12th July, 2017
TDP Submission Deadline: 12th July, 2017

PAYMENT:
Early Registration 1 (Promotion only for Brazilian Teams – Values equal Edition 2016): August 25th to September 1st, 2017
Early Registration 2 (reduced price): September 2nd to September 15th, 2017
Registration: September 16th to October 9th, 2017

COMPETITION:
Teams Setup: 7th November, 2017
Teams Warm-up: 7th to 8th November, 2017
Competitions: 9th to 11th November, 2017

LARS/SBR – Deadline for Registration changed to August 24th!

The registration system is finally on-line!

Due to technical problems that delayed th opening of the registration system, the deadline for authors to register has been altered to August 24th.

But the “Camera Ready” upload should be finished until August 19th, after validation with the  PDFEXPRESS system, and the upload of the complete IEEE Electronic Copyright Form.
